.Kids Domains, Inc. acts as the
"Official Registry" for all .kids domain names. Currently
KDI has contracted with New.net to provide a "Kid-Friendly"
environment for children online. This top level domain space is a
restricted and sponsored network. Please read all of the policies and
agreements provided on this website as they do constitute a legal and
binding contract between a .kids domain registrant and .Kids Domains, Inc.

.Kids Domains, Inc. is a California corporation. KDI's business address

2. Services - KDI through
New.net will make .kids domain names available for registration to
interested parties. Registrants wishing to operate in the .kids
network must agree to offer "Kid-Friendly" websites and operate
within the KDI "Content Guidelines".
KDI will also provide enforcement procedures
and policies to ensure that registrants provide "Kid-Friendly"
websites. These enforcement procedures are outlined in Section
10 of the New.net registration agreement. KDI strongly encourages
all potential registrants to read and review these policies to fully understand
the binding agreement they are entering into.
3. Acceptance: Please read these Terms
and Conditions (the "Terms") and our Privacy Statement carefully
before using the Site or Registering a .kids domain name. These Terms
represent a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single
entity), as an end user, and .Kids Domains, Inc.. By using the Site or the
Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions stated in
these Terms and to comply with our Privacy Statement. If you do not wish to
be bound by the conditions of these Terms, you may not access or use the
Site or the Service. New.net may revise these Terms or the Privacy Statement
at any time without notice and such modifications shall be deemed effective
immediately upon posting of the modified Terms or Privacy Statement, as the
case may be. You agree to review these Terms and the Privacy Statement
periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or
use of the Site or the Service shall be deemed conclusive acceptance by you
of the modified Terms or Privacy Statement, as the case may be. If any
changes or modifications to these Terms or Privacy Statement are
unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Site and/or the Service.
