Bill seeks safe haven for Net kids
WASHINGTON, July 24 (UPI) -- The idea of an Internet "safe haven" for kids
is popular, yet the Internet Corp. for Assigned Names and Numbers has not
acted on it yet. Two U.S. congressmen want to force ICANN into making .kids
a reality, but some say a less aggressive approach might be better.
